🎉 New features
You can now set an exact position for a whole selection of equipment. Under Advanced, enter a value for Move right or Move up, and every selected item moves to that same point. This is different from Move by, which shifts each item by the same distance and keeps your spacing.
You can now align and evenly space a selection of equipment in one click. Align moves every selected item onto the first one you picked, and spread equally distributes the items between the two that are furthest apart. Both are available in the bulk edit panel and the right-click menu.
Poster auto-fit now supports a preferred set of rotation angles and a maximum size, so logos and images fitted to a floor plan area turn and scale more consistently. Learn more in the docs.
You can now copy annotations to another floor. Select one or multiple annotations, then use the right-click menu or the properties panel to send them to any other level.
You can now force all doors in the viewer to render fully closed or fully open, regardless of their modeled state. This is useful for renders such as exterior building signage where a half-open door looks wrong. Learn more in the docs.
💅 Improvements
Icons and posters that use vector images (SVG) now render sharper, especially when you zoom in. We rasterize them at the size they are actually drawn instead of a fixed default.
You can now mark report layers as non-interactive, so clicks pass through to what is behind them, for example a polygon behind a tenant logo.
🐛 Bug fixes
We have fixed rent roll reports so that tenants leasing units on multiple floors now show under every floor they occupy in the level navigation, not just one. Clicking a tenant on any floor now zooms to that floor's own unit.
We have fixed an issue where searching reports with multiple keywords could miss results if a record's field contained a line break.
We have fixed an issue in reports where clicking a unit in the viewer could scroll the left navigation to the wrong place, or collapse the row you had just clicked.
In reports, clicking a unit in the viewer now scrolls the left sidebar to that unit on the first click, even when its level is collapsed.
We have fixed images and logos in report viewers flickering when you click an item, and again on the next camera move. Tooltips positioned with a leader line now also stay in place while something is selected.
We have fixed a display issue with the People page filter dropdown. We have also fixed pagination that could reset your active filters and sorting on the People, Spaces, and Projects pages.
We have fixed a bug that could block a valid invite, for example when an email had different letter casing or extra spaces. Invites that still cannot go through now show a clear reason instead of a generic error.
We have fixed an issue where a brief internet connection drop could show an error screen instead of recovering automatically.
We have fixed a bug where the editor's autosave could silently stop working if a floor plan image was still uploading, which could lead to lost local changes.
We have fixed the Renewing column on the Billed spaces page, where archived spaces were incorrectly shown as due for renewal. Archived spaces are now clearly tagged, and the list is ordered so the spaces needing attention appear first.
We have fixed an issue where logos and other poster layers would not appear at all on a report when a single row of data could not be matched to a shape on the floor plan. Unmatched rows are now skipped and the rest of the layer renders as expected.
🗑️ Deprecations and removals
We have removed the legacy photo and 360-degree view feature from annotations. Clicking an annotation no longer opens a photo or virtual tour. Use the Projects walkthrough instead to add a guided, photo based tour to your space.
🔐 Security - Data storage and privacy, clarified
We tightened up how we describe and commit to data handling, end to end.
Docs & website: Our Securing your data guide now separates two things that used to read as one: the business data you visualize, which never touches our servers, from the floor plan itself, which we do store so the viewer can render it. A new table breaks this down by embedded viewer vs. enterprise features (Reports, custom fields, data sources), which have a different storage profile. We made the same clarification on our Software companies solutions page.
Data processing agreement: DPA §9 now commits to a two-stage breach notification: initial notice within 72 hours of confirming a breach, and a full report within 10 business days. DPA §10 replaces a generic "deletion and return" clause with a description of the actual process: what is deleted, what is retained and why (shared reports, aggregate metrics, an archive pointer to email correspondence we do not host), and a certification we will provide on request. Our privacy policy now points to these sections as the canonical source instead of duplicating them.
